Ski hire: You can rent your ski equipment at the SRS Shop in Stumm opposite Dorfbäck or right next to the underground car park at Sport Stock at the Hochzillertalbahn valley station. Between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m., you can store your ski equipment free of charge, conveniently, and securely in the Sport Stock ski depot with your ski pass.
Booking information
- The prices specified are in euros (€) per person per day incl. breakfast or half-board
- A supplement of € 50.00 per day is charged on single occupancy of a double room
- From 01.12.2024 the tourism tax is going to be € 2,60 per person aged 15 and over
- Discount for bed and breakfast only: € 9.00 per person
- Pets are not allowed out of consideration for other guests
- To secure your booking we charge a 35 % deposit which is due 30 days after the booking date.
Child discount/multiple beds in room with two full-paying adults:
- 0 to 2 years old fixed price: € 25.00 per day (accommodation with breakfast)
- 3 to 5 years old: 60 %
- 6 to 12 years old: 35 %
- 13 to 15 years old: 15 %
- from 16 years up: 10 %
- Please note that rooms are available for occupancy from 03.00 p.m. at the earliest on the arrival date.

Our current cancellation policy:
- In the case of cancellation, a processing fee of €100,00 will be charged from the date of booking up to 30 days before arrival.
- Up to 29-14 days before arrival we charge 50% of the travel price.
- Up to 13-1 days before arrival, the cancellation fee is 90% of the tour price.
- Cancellations and changes that are made late, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the price of the entire booking.
- In the event of early departure, 100% will be charged.

What services are included in the price?
The price includes either a regional breakfast buffet or HOCHgenuss half board, use of the wellness area, parking or underground car park, bike storage, a ski depot at the Hochzillertal valley station, Wi-Fi, KräuterSPA whey-based toiletries in the room, and, for direct bookings, travel cancellation insurance on request.
What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?
The general Austrian hotel contract conditions apply in the event of cancellation. Please note that for cancellations from the date of booking up to 30 days before arrival, a processing fee of €100.00 will be charged.
How much is the local tax?
The local tax is €2.60 per person per night from the age of 15 and is charged separately on site.
