Our tip: whatever you decide – you can combine your walk with a traditional Tyrolean treat at a mountain lodge.

Immerse yourself into the world of herbs with our herb experts and learn all about the effects and natural healing powers of local herbs.
Every Wednesday: Herb walk at the Kräuterhotel Hochzillertal****
- Introduction to our hotel’s own herb garden
- Walk through the surrounding meadows and forests & gathering healthy herbs
- Back at the hotel, we invite you to a small herb workshop where we will process the valuable treasures into balm, ointment or salt.
- Whether as a wild herb salad, spread or herb lemonade - the gathered treasures will certainly be tasted together.
- Our herb-ABC with herb knowledge and recipe tips to take home

Our herb experts
Melanie and Lukas have extensive knowledge in wild herb studies and are passionate about the local flora. During the herb walk, they convey valuable information about the identification, use and healing effects of local wild herbs and are available to answer any questions with their expert knowledge.
Participation is free for our hotel guests. External herb enthusiasts and locals are warmly welcome to join our herb walk for a fee of € 20.00.
